AGM. Election of Officers and Agenda
All the directors and officers are prepared to stand for re-election with the exception of Rod Miller as Chairman. It has been proposed that Nigel Turton is to stand for election as Chairman.
If you have any other nominees please propose and have seconded then forward to the secretary asap. Thank you.
