Every 2 years since 1990 The National Society of Master Thatchers have been running

The Best Thatched House Competition

The winners and runners up have benefited greatly from the publicity they receive as a result of taking part.
The closing date for this years competion is 31st December 2012. So if you are or have thatched a roof in the two years since the 1st January 2011 which you think is a winner why don't you enter this most prestigious competition?
You can down load an entry form and a copy of the rules from here, the best bit is you don't even need to be a member of the Society.
