Rick/Stack Thatching
“An historical account of the methods used in thatching hay, corn and other heaps of agricultural produce in the arable regions of the east before the second world war.”

Very few of the currently available varieties have stems long enough for thatching straw. Consequently, thatchers have been forced to become growers in order to generate material suitable for thatching.”
